Having a Tax Folio Number of 0088091011
Having a postal address of 3411 Clark Road, #111, Sarasota, FL 34231
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., DHR LAW PLLC, the Platintiff’s attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Ste. 203, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before October 13, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
