GOODWIN A/K/A LYNN GOODWIN; GARY DUANE GOODWIN A/K/A GARY D. GOODWIN A/K/A GARY GOODWIN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 01, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
