NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2025, and entered in 24-CC-041428 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JAMESON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation is the Plaintiff and TERRY L. MCGUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY L. MCGUE, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF TERRY L. MCGUE, ANY UNKNOWN TENANTS, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, are the Defendants. After giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, Victor Crist, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on SEPTEMBER 25, 2025, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 10, JAMESON CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 57; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 13460, Page 425; and Supplement thereto recorded in Official Records Book 14274, Page 461, and Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 160, Public Records of Hillsborough County,
Florida.
