The Board of Supervisors of the Villages of Bloomingdale Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at the Villages of Bloomingdale Clubhouse, 6301 Valleydale Drive, Riverview, FL 33578 at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of each month unless otherwise indicated as follows:

December 16, 2025
January 20, 2026
February 17, 2026
March 17, 2026
April 21, 2026
May 19, 2026
June 16, 2026
July 21, 2026
August 18, 2026
September 15, 2026

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services – Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619 or by calling (813) 344-4844 (“District Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
