NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor Crist, Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 2317, of VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14497, Page 358, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 4221 W. Spruce St., #2317, Tampa, Florida, 33607.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 23, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
