BAHIA LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Bahia Lakes Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Firehouse Cultural Center located at 101 1st Avenue NE, Ruskin, Florida 33570 on the following dates:

October 6, 2025

December 8, 2025
February 9, 2026
April 13, 2026
June 8, 2026
August 10, 2026

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record at the meeting without additional publication of notice.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 933-5571, at least 48 hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
