DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Town Center at Palm Coast Community Development District will hold its meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast/Town Center, located at 55 Town Center Boulevard, Palm Coast, Florida 32164 on the third Friday of every other month at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted as follows:
November 21, 2025
January 16, 2026
March 20, 2026
May 15, 2026 – Budget Approval
July 17, 2026 – Budget Adoption
September 18, 2026
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via telephone. Any interested person can attend the meetings at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.
Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 603-0033 at least 48 hours prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, or 800-955-8771 (TTY)/800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office.
Each person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and accordingly, the person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
