NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 30, 2025 and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-001048-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and LAUREN J. DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAUREN J. DAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANYAN WOODS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RESERVE AT BANYAN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE FIRST FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at STE 102, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on October 9, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 8, UNIT 202, OF THE RESERVE AT BANYAN WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2982, PAGE 2437, ET SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
