NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 25, 2025 in Civil Case No. 11-2025-CA-000924-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and Nora Dominguez, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of October, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 100, MARCO BEACH UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
