Final Judgment was awarded on September 3, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023CA004321000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. MIX; VERONICA L. TOMB; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on November 4, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55, 56, 57 AND 58, LESS THE WEST 12.5 FEET OF LOT 55, OF FRUITLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LESS THE SOUTH 65 FEET THEREOF.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1985 SPRI MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #’S GB1CS21358A & GB1CS21358B, WHICH HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE PROPERTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
