NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2025, in Civil Action No. 25-CC-1220, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARGARET M. THOMAS A/K/A VIRGINIA THOMAS is the Defendant, and FOXFIRE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on October 9, 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 307, Foxmoor of Foxfire Condominium IV, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1101, pages 881 through 959, inclusive of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Also described as 1075 Foxfire Lane, Unit 307, Naples, Florida 34104.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
