The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Westridge Community Development District II (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Waterstone Clubhouse located at 2751 Bella Vista Drive, Davenport FL 33897 on the following dates:

January 22, 2026
February 26, 2026

April 23, 2026
May 28, 2026
June 25, 2026

A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 8529 South Park Circle, Suite 330, Orlando, Florida 32819, (407) 472-2471, during normal business hours. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at (www.westridgecdd.org).
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
