Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on October 30, 2025 at eleven o’clock a.m. held in the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 602, of Beachmoor, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 882, Pages 377 and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in the above captioned case pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
