Final Judgment was awarded on September 10, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA002514000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ASHLEY BOWE; ANDREW OPHER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SANDY RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA OPHER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on November 10, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 165, SANDY RIDGE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGES 39 THROUGH 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
