NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA004535000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2, is Plaintiff and Michael B. Williams; Unknown Spouse of Michael B. Williams; Discover Bank, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 760.16 FEET OF THE EAST 110 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 10 FEET FOR PUBLIC ROAD.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
