NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on September 9, 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-002546, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, that the Clerk of this Court, who is currently Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 24, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. through Polk County’s on-line sale website: www.polk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, after the publication of notice thereof as required by §45.031, Florida Statutes, the property described as follows:
Lot 379, FOREST LAKE PHASE 1, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 183, Pages 17 through 21, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
