NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 3rd day of September 2025, in Case No. 2024CA001639, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, is the Plaintiff, and QUICK FIX HOUSING RELIEF, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company; TYLOR WILLIAMSON; KINGSFIELD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 8th day of October 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
