NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a In Rem Final Judgment dated August 25, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 412024CA000948CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57CB, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND J. LEPRIOL, DECEASED; JEANNETTE D. LEPRIOL; RAYMOND J. LEPRIOL, III, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND J. LEPRIOL, DECEASED; BRENDA LEPRIOLSANDERS, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND J.
