ELLEN M. NOLTE f/k/a ELLEN M. SANDERS; WILLIAM G. SANDERS; KEN BURTON, JR., as Manatee County Tax Collector; ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS HAVING AN INTEREST IN PARCEL 1183600004,

TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS having an interest in parcel 1183600004, claiming any interest in the real property described herein.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Eminent Domain has been filed against you for property whose legal description is as follows:
Parcel 1183600004:
Lot 1, Block 2, of RIVER HAVEN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 146, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Further, THAT A PETITION IN EMINENT DOMAN AND A DECLARATION OF TAKING have been filed in the above-styled cause by the Petitioner in order to acquire certain property interests in Manatee County, Florida, for the purposes set forth in said Petition and that Petitioner will seek an Order of Taking before The Honorable Edward Nicholas, one of the judges of this Court, who will consider Petitioner’s application for an Order of Taking and make such orders as the Court deems proper on September 30, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 1051 Manatee Ave. West, Bradenton, FL 34205, Courtroom 6E.
All parties to this action and all parties interested may appear and be heard at the date and time designated.
There are no fees for attending this court hearing via the Zoom platform. Unless the Judge specifically authorizes an in-person attendance, all individuals, including the court reporter, must attend using the Zoom the Zoom platform at https://www.zoom.us. Please select the “Join A Meeting” link and then enter the Meeting ID and Password to access the hearing.

within 28 days of the issuance of this Notice of Action, and to file the original of your written defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter, to show what right, title, interest, or lien you or any of you have in and to the property described in the Petition and to show cause, if any you have, why the property should not be condemned for the uses and purposes as set forth in the Petition. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
If you wish to object to the Order of Taking, you must file a request for a hearing. Any Defendant failing to file a request for a hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking and title shall be vested in Petitioner, upon deposit as provided by law.
