The Board of Supervisors of Epperson North Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at Epperson North Lakehouse, 9045 Ivy Stark Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33545, as follows:
Wednesday, October 1, 2025 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 5, 2025 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 3, 2025 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 8, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 4, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 4, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 6, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 3, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 1, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 5, 2026 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 2, 2026 6:00 p.m.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Vesta District Services, 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, Florida 32746 or by calling (321) 263-0132 (“District Office”).
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
