NOTICE OF INTENDED AGENCY ACTION BY
THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby provided that the Southwest Florida Water Management District determined that an Environmental Resource Permit would not be required for the project submitted by Katherine Burke from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (620 North Meridian Street. Tallahassee, FL 32301) under File No. 919175. The proposed project is for the removal and replacement of a 126-foot double 36-inch culvert connection in the Little Gator Creek Wildlife and Environmental Area. The project is in Pasco County, Section 24, Township 25S, Range 22E.
The District’s proposed agency action shall become final unless a timely petition for an administrative hearing is filed. A request or petition for administrative hearing must comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 28-106, F.A.C.A. A petition for administrative hearing is deemed filed upon receipt of the complete petition by the District Agency Clerk at the District’s Tampa Service Office during normal business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding District holidays.
