MONTEMURNO A/K/A PATRICIA MONTEMURN A/K/A PATRICIA M. VALENTINE; PAUL M. MONTEMURNO; SUMMER LAKES TRACT 9 HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
