NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-009922 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 2002-2 is Plaintiff and Laurie S Lloyd, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of October, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 165.00 feet of the East 185.00 feet of the North 294.00 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the North 30.00 feet thereof for Knights-Griffin Road Right-of-Way.
TOGETHER WITH 1997 MOBILE HOME VIN# ALS02924.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
