NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2025, under Case No. 25-CA-004755 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RODNEY EDDINS is the Plaintiff and NEW AGE LIQUID, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company d/b/a CITY SIDE LOUNGE; MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT, INC., a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Court, will offer for sale and sell at an internet online auction, which may be accessed at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on November 4, 2025, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
