NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10th day of September 2025, in Case No. 25-CA-000923, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN IT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and TAMPA BAY REI LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; ANDREW STEFFENS; CITY OF TAMPA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT & COMPTROLLER; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Victor D.
