NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 25-CA-002805 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST, Plaintiff, and COSTA DIAS INC., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of October, 2025, the following described property:
