NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND
NOTICE OF AUDIT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
GRAND HAMPTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Grand Hampton Community Development District will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., at the Grand Hampton Clubhouse located at 8301 Dunham Station Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647. There will be an Audit Committee meeting prior to the onset of the Board of Supervisors’ meeting. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and evaluate the proposals submitted in response to the RFP for Audit Services.

The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the
provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional published notice to a time, date and location to be stated on the record at the meeting.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, (813) 994-1001, during normal business hours.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at (813) 933-5571. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
