SOUTH BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of South Bay Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 on the second Wednesday of every month as listed below at 1:00 p.m. at Little Harbor POA Clubhouse located at 611 Destiny Drive, Ruskin, Florida 33570, on the following dates:

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate via telephone. Any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. Meetings may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meetings without additional publication of notice.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 603-0033 at least 48 hours prior to the meetings. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken by the Board at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and accordingly, the person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
