The Board of Supervisors of the South Fork III Community Development District will hold the meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the South Fork III Clubhouse, located at 11771 Ambleside Boulevard, Riverview, Florida 33579 on the third Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at as follows:

December 18, 2025
January 15, 2026
February 19, 2026
March 19, 2026
April 16, 2026
May 21, 2026 (Budget Workshop)
June 18, 2026 (Approve Tentative Budget)
July 16, 2026 (Budget Public Hearing)
August 20, 2026
September 17, 2026

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on record at the meetings without additional publication of notice.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
