NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 18, 2025, in Civil Case No. 25-CA-001553 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and Ryan Garrett a/k/a Ryan Hammond Garrett, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of October, 2025 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said
Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 3, Unit One Riverdale Shores, as per plat or map thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 54 through 58, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
