Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 8th day of September, 2025, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 25-CC-2806, wherein DANAH COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and WENDY L. GRITZ is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on OCTOBER 9, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment 101, DANAH COURT CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1777, Page 550, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
