NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 25-CA-000776 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL, LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GLORIA GRISELDA SPRADLEY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 24, 2023, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November, 2025, the following described property:
LOTS 39 AND 40, BLOCK 1390, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THRU 120, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
