LOT 115, BLOCK 8038, ENTRADA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000409641, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, on the 11th day of December, 2025 on-line at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.lee.real foreclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
