NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II dated September 12, 2025, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001360 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the October 30, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Final Summary Judgment:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 3228, of CAPE CORAL, UNIT 66, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 2 through 26, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
