Lippincott aka Rebecca C. Lippincott, Deceased, Central Florida Holdings Group, Inc, FL Tax Deeds, LLC (3rd Party Purchaser), Katherine L. McHugh, Peter Lippincott, Derrell E. Perry, Erin Lambert-Sehulster, Derrel Adam Perry aka Adam Perry, Alan Perry aka Allen Lee Perry, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the October 14, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
