NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 4, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 22-004331-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and KIMBERLY GOETZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY GOETZ N/K/A LAURENCE GOETZ; NORTHFIELD AT LANSBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on October 9, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
