Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 15, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 506, LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 506 RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE FRONT OF SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 19 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 506 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AND THAT PART OF LOT 507 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507 RUN SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE FRONT OF SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 29.90 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT IN THE REAR OF NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, SAID POINT BEING SOUTHEASTERLY 1.38 FEET ALONG SAID REAR BOUNDARY FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID REAR BOUNDARY 1.38 FEET TO THE MOST NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 507, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE DIVIDING LOTS 506 AND 507 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN “BRIGHTBAY” UNIT THREE OF SNELL ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY LYING NORTHERLY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
and commonly known as: 1614 BRIGHTWATERS BOULEVARD NE, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33704; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2025 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
