NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th of September, 2025, in Case No. 2025-CA-000155, of the Circuit Court of Flagler County, Florida, in which JOANNA REELEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANNA REELEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.flagler.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 24, 2025 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
