NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant of to an Amended Order of Final Judgment Foreclosure dated September 16, 2025, and in Case No. 24002346CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff and CMZIES LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, DOUGLAS SOPHA, BECKY SOPHA, FREEMODEL, INC, HARPERS 1980 LLC, CHARLES MICHAEL ZIES, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, being Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line Auctions at 11 a.m., on November 17, 2025 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
