Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed the 30th day of August 2025, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the ESTATE OF EDWARD GUTH is the Plaintiff and THOMAS EDWARD GUTH is the Defendant. That the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 am on October 9, 2025 in the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 3000 of Windsor at Kings Lake Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 946, Page 907 through 960, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 32 through 36, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
