NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-000508-0001-01, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FLAGSTAR BANK, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARK LOUIS SELL; STEVEN SELL; AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEL WEBB NAPLES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Main Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in the annex side of the building: 1st Floor Customer Service Department – Multipurpose Room, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of OCTOBER, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
