Lots 9 and 10, Block C, BAD AXE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 10, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, in the Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 1st Floor-Multipurpose Room at 11:00 AM on October 30, 2025. Dated: September 18, 2025.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other that the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
