NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 12th day of September, 2025, entered in Case No.: 2024-CA-003342, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block A, Villages at Bridgewater Village 5B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 150, Page(s) 31 and 32, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 5909 Great Salt Court, Lakeland, FL 33805.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
