NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 28, 2025, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-006882, wherein MCLP ASSET COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA LORRAINE LOTT A/K/A CYNTHIA MCLEGGAN A/K/A CYNTHIA L. DIXON A/K/A CYNTHIA LOTT DIXON, LLOYD A. MCLEGGAN, REGINALD RASHAD BUSH A/K/A REGINALD R. BUSH, SR., KATORYA LATIA BUSH A/K/A KATORYA L. BUSH and HAMPTON HILLS SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on October 27, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
