NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 22, 2025, entered in Case No.: 53-2024-CA-004787 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein TIFFANY TANINCE HAWTHORNE, POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, and UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, The Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, conducted by electronic sale at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on October 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
