NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2025 in Case No. 532024CA003544000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein COUNTRY WALK OF WINTER HAVEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DEMETRIC DESHAUN PHILLIPS; LATISHA CARLETTA PHILLIPS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on NOVEMBER 12, 2025.
