NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2025 and filed September 16, 2025 (“Final Judgment”) entered in Case No. 2024-CA-003924, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, is Plaintiff and SHARON DRIVE PROPERTIES LLC, COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH ORLANDO, INC., COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH X3 LLC, COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH X4 LLC, COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH X5 INC., COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH X6 LLC, RYAN JOHN NAUGHTIN and AARON CHRISTOPHER WEBB are Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, the Polk County Clerk of Courts & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale, on October 27, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST conducted electronically via https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, after given notice as required by section 45.031 of Florida Statutes, the described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10 and the East 20 feet of Lot 11, Block D, WOODLAND ACRES, according to the map or plat hereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 12, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
PLUS:
All existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
