NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-000580-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustees of the Bohyer Family Trust Dated December 23, 2010; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Bohyer Family Trust Dated December 23, 2010; EMERALD LAKES RESIDENT’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK B. EMERALD LAKES AT BRIDGET LAKE, UNIT TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 42 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE; SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
