NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2025 in Case No. 2024CA002324000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein TERRALARGO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and JULIA JANELLE JACKSON, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on OCTOBER 22, 2025. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk’s website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 164, OF TERRALAGO, PHASE 3C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 162, PAGE(S) 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 4231 PRIMA LARGO DRIVE, LAKELAND, FL 33810.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
