YOU ARE HEREBY notified that an action seeking to quiet title against the named Defendants and to extinguish the encumbrance through the mortgage recorded on December 7, 2004 at Official Records Instrument Number: 200441002050655 in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, upon the following described real property located in MANATEE County, Florida:
612 13th Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205
Lot 8, less the West 6 feet, Block C, Subdivision of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ HORTONS SUBDIVISION according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 134, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
And
Lot 10, Block C as shown on map of the Subdivision of the SE ¼ of NW ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida in Volume 1 of Maps at Page 134.
And
Lot 9, Block C as shown on map of the Subdivision of the SE ¼ of NW ¼ of NE ¼ of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida in Volume 1 of Maps at Page 181.
